Quick Start Forms

As a member, you have a few choices to make about how you would like to use our service. Download the forms below to make these choices before you come to pick-up your Quick Start package andyou will be in/out of our office within minutes.

1) Rate Plan
Everytime that you drive, you will be billed according to the Rate Plan that you have selected. You're free to drive as much or as little as you like in any plan, and to switch plans whenever you would like (starting the 1st of next month).

You can read about our plans online, so that you are ready to select one when you stop by our office.

2) Monthly Invoice - Payment Method
You'll receive a monthly invoice notice via email about 10 days into the next month. Your credit card will be charged automatically. If you've chosen to use our Pay-As-You-Drive syste, your credit card will be billed an estimate after every trip you take. You'll still get a detailed invoice of driving and payments, the following month.

3) Insurance Deductible
The standard deductible for "at-fault" accidents is $500 (it's always $0 if an accident is not your fault). You can reduce the "at-fault" collision deductible to $0 by either:

• Paying your monthly invoice on an eligible Gold/Platinum VISA, Citi MasterCard, CapitalONE Mastercard, Bank of Montreal Mosaik MasterCard or MBNA MasterCard;
• VISA Gold / Platinum Card - $0 Deductible
• Mastercard with insurance coverage - $0 Deductible

• Paying a $50 annual fee to AutoShare
• $50 annual fee = $0 deductible form
